Effective on purchases starting October 1, 2022, most merchandise purchased at Wynand Fockink or Wynand-focink.nl will be accepted for return.
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in our store within 30 days of purchase for free Conditions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Items purchased in our store must be returned to our store.
Items purchased online can be returned by mail or to our store.
Items shipped and sold by sellers must be returned to the seller.

What if my delivered order is damaged, broken, or defective?
We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective. We want you to love your purchase and will work with you to replace the item(s) if available or provide a return for a full refund if your item(s) are damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.

Some items are sold through partners / partner websites and shipped and sold directly via these resellers. If the damaged item was shipped and sold directly from the reseller, you will need to contact the reseller. Contacting the reseller will result in a faster resolution, as Wynand Fockink cannot process returns or exchanges for these items.
