Taste

The I.P.A. beer goes directly into the stills and is distilled into a refined, clear extract full of flavour and aroma; fresh, hoppy and slightly bitter. The IPA distilate is blended with, among other things, with our malt spirit and juniper distillate.

Aroma

Floral, slightly citrusy and subtly sweet. Clear notes of malt, hops and juniper.
